- Legal Compliance: You serve as the officially registered "responsible engineer/architect" under Serbian legislation.
- Licensing: You provide support for NUSSLI Serbia to obtain the required company-level "Grand License" for complex facilities.
- Technical Review: You review and verify documentation to ensure compliance with Serbian building codes, structural, seismic, safety, and fire-protection standards.
- Oversight: You act as the responsible engineer/architect on site, sign off on works, and ensure that execution is according to permitted drawings and regulatory compliance.
- Liaison with Authorities: You serve as the main technical contact with municipal and national authorities for obtaining permits, inspections, and final acceptance.

Your mission
You will be the key Licensed Engineer / Architect ensuring that NUSSLI Serbia is fully eligible and legally compliant to deliver design and construction works for Expo 2027 pavilions. Your active personal license is a legal precondition for the company's operation in Serbia.
What you bring
We are looking for an individual with high professional integrity, who is fully aware that their signature carries legal accountability.
- License is Mandatory: A valid and active personal license issued by the Serbian Chamber of Engineers (OR a recognized license for foreign engineers) is required.
- Experience: Minimum 7+ years of relevant engineering/architectural experience.
- Expertise: Deep understanding of Serbian building regulations, the Law on Planning and Construction, and relevant technical standards.
- Qualities: Strong coordination skills, resilience under pressure, ability to deal effectively with government officials, and a hands-on approach.
Languages & Communication
- Serbian: Native speaker level (written and spoken).
- English: Negotiation level (business fluent).
