You will be an important support to the team, ensuring smooth organization and daily coordination between the local office and the company headquarters.
This is a fixed-term position related to the duration of the project, until December 2027.
- Executive Support: Managing calendars and internal coordination for the Administrative Manager, Project Director, and EXPO Division Director.
- Office Management: You will be the first point of contact for visitors, responsible for communication via phone calls, emails, and mail. Ensuring a well-organized and functional office environment, including office supply procurement and other office-related needs.
- Communication & Documentation: Preparing official correspondence, meeting minutes, and reports in Serbian and English. Managing documentation control and archiving.
- Travel, Logistics & Events: Full coordination of business travel arrangements (accommodation, visas, itineraries) for staff and international guests, as well as support in organizing internal and external events.
- Financial Administration: Creating purchase orders (POs), entering invoices into the internal system, and handling other administrative tasks as requested by the supervisor.
